**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity to work as a Retail Sales Consultant in our Modbury shop where you will create memorable experiences for our members. Reporting to the Modbury Shop Manager you will provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets. In addition, you will:

- Ensure quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Be the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make valuable business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.

**Training**

We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program, which will include **3 weeks full time training **of system and product knowledge.

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- History of providing high quality customer service.
- Demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of computer skills and knowledge.
