We’re looking for our next Venue Manager to take ownership of our Tea Tree Plaza venue and drive the next phase of performance.

What You’ll Own Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L.; Set the standard on excellent guest experience Build a venue culture that people want to be part of, both team and guests

Who You Are Proven operator with 2–3 years leading high-volume venues Decisive under pressure, you don’t hesitate, you execute Commercially sharp, you understand how to drive performance, not just manage it Deeply invested in guest experience, product quality and team engagement You bring energy, but more importantly, you bring leadership
