Disability Manager Modbury

Focus to continue to grow the business and develop relationship management strategy for the organisation.

Work closely with the Directors, Service Manager on expanding the business and developing recent marketing initiatives.

Proactively nurturing leads in the pipeline & maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the participant journey.

Attending & representing Gemcare Support Services across networking events, conferences, & other important relationship building events.

Regularly engage with internal/external key stakeholders with an aim to build solid connections and grow referrals.

Foster strong internal relationships with key areas of the business
- including intake, operations, quality, business support and marketing.

Proactive engagement with regulation functions and processes and attendance at NDIS related events and information sessions.

Develop and maintain knowledge of Gemcare Support Services’ operational trends and NDIS policy changes.

Identify and lead business development opportunities proactively.

Bringing new participants referrals and Meeting KPIs

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the business in new marketplaces and increase brand awareness.

Contacting potential Participants to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $90,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
