**Description**: Iris Lawn and Garden Care is in search of a gardener/ labourer for 2 days a week, with potential to increase days over time.

We have been in the industry for 7+ years specialising in regular maintenance of residential and commercial properties, soft landscaping and garden renovations.

This role is a casual position working as an offsider with our lead gardener, assisting with aspects of garden maintenance and yard cleanups.

This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on from a seasoned expert. Ideal for a school leaver or someone studying looking for an extra few days’ work.

**Responsibilities**:

- General garden maintenance: mowing, pruning, weeding
- Hedging and tree pruning
- Operating gardening tools and machinery
- Lawn installation
- Green waste; removal, loading/ unloading
- Soft landscaping

**Requirements**:

- 17 Years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in industry preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Be versatile with schedule and willing to take on extra days
- Strong attention to detail and good initiative
- Police check
