- Delivering exceptional, friendly, and effective customer service.
- Operating the official lottery terminal accurately and securely.
- Managing independent shift operations, including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale (POS) cash handling.
- Merchandising, restocking displays, and maintaining an organized store layout (gifts, apparel, toys).
- Ensuring the store remains clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times. What We Are Looking For
- Mandatory Requirement: Proven previous experience operating an official lottery terminal/machine.
- A strong, natural focus on customer service and community engagement.
- High level of reliability, honesty, and punctuality.
- The maturity and confidence to work independently and manage a store shift solo.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
