About the Role As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to providing customers with aseamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals acrosstransaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, includingdigital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needsbased conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches andwill deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possiblecustomer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leavethe branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
