As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll join a high-performing Domestic Supply Chain team where your insights and ideas will directly influence how we plan, move, and optimise stock across our network. This is your opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and contribute to meaningful improvements that impact millions of customers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse supply chain performance and stock flow to support effective planning, prioritisation and decision‑making.
- Develop and enhance analytical tools, dashboards, reporting (including Power BI) to track key KPIs and cost management.
- Partner with Distribution Centres, Inventory, Merchandise, Retail Support, Online Fulfilment and broader supply chain teams to drive alignment.
- Evaluate and plan stock flow activities to meet business sales plans and operational capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, stock flow, cost reduction and network efficiency.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network. To be successful in this role you’ll have
- Operational experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory planning to have a strong understanding of how our DCs move stock.
- Ideally 3–5 years’ experience within a similar analytics role, partnering with the business to provide meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience using Power BI, AI Tools, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- A curiosity to ask questions and uncover better ways of working.
- Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel monthly to our DCs in Victoria and occasionally to interstate DCs to build solid relationships with stakeholders across the business. Benefits we’ll offer you
