First Aid & Administration Officer (Moe)

We are seeking a First Aid & Administration Officer for our client who is a leading Australian-owned beef processing company. In this role you will be supporting the Safety team by providing frontline first aid assistance, employee wellbeing support, RTW coordination, and general administration within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Full-time |Casual, opportunity to transition to permanent
- Flexible shift options available
- Pay rate: $33.47-$40.80 per hour (incl. casual loading)
- Located in Moe, VIC Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide frontline first aid support and basic treatment for workplace injuries
- Manage injury reporting, absenteeism tracking, and return-to-work administration
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing and assist with employee wellbeing programs
- Upload and maintain accurate documentation and site records
- Support the Safety team with general administration duties and day-to-day site support About You
- Current First Aid, Nursing, Paramedic or related qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in healthcare, emergency response, medical or industrial environments
- Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication, organisational and computer skills
- Team-focused attitude with willingness to assist across administration and site support tasks
- Experience with RTW, WHS, HR admin is highly regarded Benefits
