- $121,227 pa HEW Level 07 (plus 17% employer superannuation) Opportunity The Academic Performance team is looking for a Senior HR Adviser to play a key role in shaping the University’s academic promotion, probation, and outside study programme processes. In this dynamic role, you will develop deep subject‑matter expertise and use your knowledge to provide high‑level advice and support. Your work will directly contribute to the success and progression of academic staff, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of HR professionals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support and strengthen the academic workforce.
- Support the delivery of world‑class research and education outcomes through effective HR programmes. Qualifications and Experience
- Proven knowledge of HR practices, including probation and performance management.
- Solid positive relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to form networks across an organisation to deliver positive outcomes.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when undertaking administrative duties.
- Experience managing teams and delivering HR solutions in an academic or similar setting.
