CASE MANAGER LEVEL 2 – PERSONAL INJURY – MOE, VIC A full-time opportunity for a Regional Case Manager based in our Moe, Regional Victoria office. Location: Traralgon, West Gippsland & Latrobe Valley VIC. About the role Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims. Ensure customer service standards are maintained for prompt resolution of enquiries. Maintain and improve technical knowledge across all facets of claims management. Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application. About you
