Located in Moe, part-time (30.4 hours per fortnight), permanent

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role In this role, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations for Oral Health, ensuring a high level of customer service for clients and administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with our administration and client services team to maintain efficient workflows. Your Work Will Include
- Assisting with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Maintaining accurate client records and data entry in clinical systems
- Supporting administrative tasks What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration (preferred)
- Strong computer skills essential
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence (desirable)
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Police Check What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A professional and empathetic approach when engaging with clients
- Reliable availability to work Tuesdays and Thursdays
