Responsibilities Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge. Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential. Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately. Support the Boutique Manager with operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back‑office operations. Help increase the VIP customer base and nurture relationships with all VIP customers. Stay aware of market trends and understand forthcoming customer initiatives. Support development and mentoring of boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Assist in fostering a feedback‑rich culture by identifying opportunities for team members to improve their performance through positive and constructive feedback and ensuring that the action plans for performance reviews are managed.
