We’re hiring a Showroom Sales Consultant at Winnings who will drive sales and margins by delivering a high-quality, end-to-end customer experience. The role involves using strong product knowledge and commercial awareness to guide customers through purchases, while also handling sales administration accurately. It’s suited to someone who thrives in a premium retail setting and values both performance and excellent service. As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll:
- Achieve or exceed all sales, margin targets and KPIs set
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and remain up to date through ongoing training
- Conduct product demonstrations and confidently guide clients through features and benefits
- Prepare detailed quotes and proactively follow up to convert sales
- Liaise with suppliers and third parties (e.g. architects) as required
- Assist with ad hoc duties including greeting and occasional cleaning
- Book installations with Winning Services
- Collaborate with Buying & Supply Chain to request stock purchases
- Release orders to clients in a timely manner
- Organise and process client payments
- Produce accurate product specifications for ordered items You'll have:
- Experience in a customer service and/or sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of computer literacy (experience with Google Workspace advantageous)
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
- A collaborative team player attitude, who radiates positivity!
- Strong interest in kitchen, laundry and bathware appliances
- Commitment to delivering premium customer service
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Availability to work a 5-day rotating roster incl. weekends
