Electrician (Moe)

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team in Moe, VIC. About the role This role involves playing a key part in the assembly, wiring, and maintenance of advanced machinery and control systems. You will apply your technical expertise to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot system faults, and ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict industry regulations. What you'll be doing
- Wiring of machines and electrical panels.
- Assembly, operation and troubleshooting of newly manufactured control system components.
- Fault finding and checking control system input / output (I/O).
- Perform repairs and planned maintenance works as needed.
- Complying with all relevant electrical and safety regulations.
- Maintaining records and documentation of work undertaken. What we're looking for
- Fully qualified Electrician or Electrical Fitter
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Some knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Panel wiring experience
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication and collaborative skills
