Domestic Assistant (Moe)

Job Summary Employment Type: Casual. Hours: Day and evening. Salary: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour. Location: East Metro region of Melbourne. This role supports Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry duties, with ongoing support from a dedicated service team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry, to Home Care clients.
- Support clients' independent living needs and adhere to care plans.
- Maintain professionalism and safety while working in clients’ homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. Qualifications and Requirements
- Passion for helping people in the community and solid relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Reliable, resilient, and committed to making a positive difference.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence. Additional and Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (advantageous but not essential).
- NDIS Clearance.
- First Aid Certificate including CPR.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination. Payment and Hours Casual rate of $31.00 – $33.00 per hour. Flexible working hours available for day and evening shifts.
