- Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance

- Proven sales track record within a KPI structure
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support new initiatives
- Passion for technology, innovation, and staying ahead of current product launches
- Strong problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
