Accounts Receivable Officer Moe

Due to an internal rotation, we are seeking a capable and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic finance team at our Moe Head Office .

Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your financial expertise in a supportive workplace. You will manage the end-to-end account receivable function, optimize credit management processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

Debt Management: Conduct regular collection activities and proactively resolve payment discrepancies.

Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service regarding invoicing, payments, and account queries.

Credit Assessment: Process account applications in line with finance policies and participate in annual credit risk and limit reviews.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate month-end and ad-hoc Accounts Receivable reports.

Process Improvement: Collaborate on developing and implementing robust finance systems and policies.

Internal Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing and sales departments to streamline receipt processing.

Qualifications

Education: A qualification in Accounting, Business Management, or Financial Services is highly desirable.

Proven Experience: Background in Accounts Receivable, sales order processing, or credit control.

Sector Knowledge: Experience within manufacturing or construction sectors is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern ERP/accounting software.

Core Competencies: Exceptional data entry accuracy, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a qualified telephone manner.
