Job Summary

Employment Type: Casual. Hours: Day and evening. Salary: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour. Location: East Metro region of Melbourne. This role supports Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry duties, with ongoing support from a dedicated service team.

Key Responsibilities Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry, to Home Care clients. Support clients' independent living needs and adhere to care plans. Maintain professionalism and safety while working in clients’ homes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications and Requirements Passion for helping people in the community and solid relationship‑building skills. Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities. Reliable, resilient, and committed to making a positive difference. Good communication and organisational skills. Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.

Additional and Preferred Qualifications Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (advantageous but not essential). NDIS Clearance. First Aid Certificate including CPR. Proof of current influenza vaccination.

Payment and Hours

Casual rate of $31.00 – $33.00 per hour. Adaptable working hours available for day and evening shifts.
