Field Service Technician (Moe)

Field Service Technician This role involves hands‑on work with advanced medical technologies across hospital environments in Victoria. You will keep life‑saving equipment operational, combining independent field work with strong team collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on critical medical equipment such as ventilators, patient monitoring systems, infection prevention technologies and imaging systems (MRI, ultrasound).
- Deliver high‑quality, field‑based service across hospital sites, with occasional interstate travel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise equipment downtime and support clinical operations.
- Manage spare parts, ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Build relationships with clinical staff and internal teams to deliver high‑quality service outcomes. Experience Required (or highly desirable)
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining medical equipment, ideally ventilators.
- Exposure to MRI, ultrasound or medical lasers (highly desirable).
- Qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Solid troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills across electro‑mechanical systems.
