Factory Worker Moruya

Adleys Honey is a family-owned food manufacturer and wholesale distributor of premium Australian honey products. Due to strong growth and increased production, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated FULL TIME Factory Hand / Production Worker to join our team in Moruya, NSW.

This is a hands-on position within our honey production facility. You’ll be working in a rapid-paced, self motivated and supportive environment, helping us deliver high-quality honey products to customers across Australia.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring our honey production line

Assisting with warehouse organisation, cleaning, and upkeep

Manufacturing and packaging honey-related products to a high standard

Providing helpful customer service to warehouse visitors and delivery drivers

Supporting the broader production team as needed

About You

We’re looking for someone with a solid work ethic and an eye for detail; someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team, that can move at a continuous pace for the entire time.

You’ll need to be/have:

Forklift licence

Motivated, reliable, and punctual

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 20kg) and tasks

Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Versatile and willing to take on varied duties

Safety-conscious and proactive

Competent computer skills

Live/reside within the business area

It’s great (but not essential) if you have:

Experience in food processing, factory work, or machinery operation

Cleaning or warehouse experience

Type: Casual (weekdays only)

Pay: From $1014 per week

Hours: Full time
- 8am till 4pm weekdays

Start date: Immediate start available
