Parts Interpreter (Moruya)

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a skilled **Parts Interpreter** to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our customers by accurately identifying and sourcing automotive parts. While experience with Toyota parts is preferred, it is not a necessity. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong knowledge of parts interpretation, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing automotive parts through our system.
- Interpret parts requests accurately and provide solutions based on vehicle make and model.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, including components and accessories for various makes and models.
- Support inventory management by ensuring stock levels are accurate and ordering when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving parts-related inquiries and issues.
- Work with the workshop team to ensure parts are available for service jobs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, preferably with exposure to Toyota parts and models (but not essential).
- Solid knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good organisational skills and experience with parts management systems.
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
