Receptionist (Moruya)

As a Full time Receptionist / Trainee Receptionist, you will be joining our evolving and growing customer service/ admin team helping with the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative support required by management
- Provide general assistance
