2 x Maintenance Team Leaders (Moruya)

We have two permanent, full time positions for Maintenance Team Leaders within the Infrastructure Services Maintenance team, based at Moruya. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring construction and maintenance projects. You will also manage staff, contractors and subcontractors, providing performance feedback and training to ensure quality outcomes. The starting salary for this position is $2,762.05 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation. Qualifications
- Experience in civil construction or maintenance and a knack for solving problems on the go.
- A Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or you’re keen to get one with our support).
- A positive understanding of plant and equipment—and how to get the best out of them.
- The willingness to undertake physical labouring tasks. Perks
- 35 hours per week for administrative staff and 38 hours per week for operational staff.
