We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part Time Lunch Cover Educators to join our team across our network of Y Kindergartens in Victoria. Whether you’re an experienced educator, newly qualified, or currently studying your Certificate III or Diploma, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, values-driven workplace. Where you’ll work Eltham North Preschool sits proudly on a spacious allotment surrounded by nature, allowing for exploration and imagination. Our dedicated team are looking for a warm and inclusive educator to join them to create a strong sense of community and a focus on respect and curiosity for lifelong learning. Role Details: Diploma Educator Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 12:00pm to 2:00pm 8 lunch cover hours per week What You’ll Do As a Lunch Cover Educator, you’ll:
- Support the teaching team during lunch breaks to maintain a caring, safe environment for all children
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision across indoor and outdoor play
- Engage positively with children, helping create a sense of fun and security

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward this qualification)
- Reliability, warmth, and a team-focused attitude
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
