We design, build, repair and maintain our entire fleet in-house, and we’re committed to innovation, quality workmanship and being the leader in the hire & rental industry. The Opportunity We’re expanding our Warana workshop team and are looking for an experienced Trailer Builder & Repairers who takes pride in their work. You’ll be hands-on with the construction, repair and maintenance of our national fleet, contributing directly to the safety, reliability and growth of our business. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a clean, organised and supportive workshop environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- MIG welding & oxy cutting
- General fabrication and trailer assembly
- Servicing & wiring trailers
- Minor trailer repairs (bearings, brakes, lights, etc.)
- General workshop duties
- Working safely and maintaining a tidy workspace What You Bring
- Experience in fabrication, welding or trailer/caravan building
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Work safely and under instruction
- Enjoy being part of a team
