My client is looking for a highly dedicated Administrative and Operational Manager to join their team in Warana. In this casual position, you’ll play a key role in managing the workforce of a growing and highly reputable bond cleaning company based here on the Sunshine Coast. Your current company Is a growing Commercial bond cleaning business with 20 years of experience on the Sunshine Coast looking to secure their newest long-term Operational and Business Development Administrator. With the company looking to grow, the business owner is needing someone to take the reins of operational and administrative tasks to allow for founder-led growth and long-term scale. Key Responsibilities
- Use comprehensive smart work management software such as ServiceMate or ConnectTeams, to organise and deploy staff across jobs, track hours, manage documentation and compliance, submit invoices, etc. This is Essential
- Coordinating staff schedules, job allocation, and workflow management.
- Handling customer enquiries and maintaining professional client communication.
- Supporting business development and commercial growth initiatives using outbound email marketing and sales initiatives.
- Assisting with invoicing, data entry, and record management using QuickBooks. This is essential.
- Monitoring job progress and assisting with operational problem-solving.
- Maintaining organised systems and improving administrative processes.
- Supporting management with general business operations and coordination.
- Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to overall business efficiency and growth.
- Assisting in maintaining a productive, accountable, and professional workplace culture. The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience managing workforces within trade or service-based businesses.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner.
- Confident using technology, systems, and software such as ServiceM8, ConnectTeams, and QuickBooks.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of marketing, business development, and customer service.
- Able to coordinate staff, scheduling, workflow management, and day-to-day operations effectively.
- Capable of hitting the ground running with minimal oversight or micromanagement
