This role is best suited to an experienced Team Leader Behaviour Support, one who is patient and considerate, a team player but also a confident leader with fantastic communications skills who is energetic, engaging and passionate. An added bonus of course if you are a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Located in a beautiful spot, right near the beach, you will be located in the Hub of this organisation, where you will have all the support you need from your direct reports and the administration team to manage operational performance and drive financial outputs of your team.

You must have the relevant tertiary qualifications along with your Disability Worker screening clearance and a Queensland Working with Children clearance.
