Description
We’re looking for a highly organised, capable Administrative Assistant to join our Mooloolaba office. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting a busy professional team, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and helps keep an office running smoothly behind the scenes. Sajen Legal is a modern boutique law firm with offices across Queensland and NSW, supporting business clients across a range of commercial and legal matters. About the Role No two days are quite the same, and that’s exactly what makes the role interesting. You will support the team across a wide range of office administration and operational functions, including:
- Managing incoming calls and general enquiries
- Preparing, formatting and editing documents (particularly in Word)
- Electronic file and document management
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Booking meetings and coordinating office logistics
- General office administration and day-to-day operational support
- Administrative support to the legal team as required
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks including Invoicing clients
- Supporting minor social media and online administration
- Helping maintain an organised, professional and welcoming office environment About You You are an experienced administrator who is organised, dependable and takes ownership of your work. You enjoy variety, communicate well with others, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. You will bring:
- Previous administration experience in a professional office workplace
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both phone and in-person
- Strong typing and document formatting capability
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A practical, team-focused attitude and willingness to help where needed Experience within a legal, accounting or professional services environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Why Join Us?
