Site Manager/Construction Supervisor (Buddina)

About the role Hotondo Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction and coordination of our quality residential homes across the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role suited to an organised and proactive construction professional who values communication, accountability, workflow coordination and quality workmanship. Working closely with the Directors and operational team, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential projects from site start through to completion while maintaining solid communication, site organisation and positive relationships with trades, suppliers and clients. What you'll be doing 1. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple residential projects 2. Manage and coordinate staff, trades, subcontractors and suppliers 3. Monitor project workflow, scheduling and construction progress 4. Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, operational issues and site requirements 5. Ensure homes are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications and company standards 6. Oversee WHS compliance and maintain safe, organised construction sites 7. Complete and maintain accurate site records, diary entries and workflow updates 8. Identify and resolve site or workflow issues proactively to minimise delays 9. Coordinate material deliveries and upcoming construction scheduling 10. Support apprentice supervision, mentoring and team leadership 11. Work closely with management to improve workflow systems and operational processes What we're looking for 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor or Foreman role within residential construction 2. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing and building practices 3. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and construction documentation 4. Strong organisational and communication skills 5. Proactive and solutions-focused approach to construction management 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain workflow visibility 7. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professional standards 8. Experience coordinating trades, suppliers and construction scheduling 9. Strong computer skills 10.
