Food & Beverage Attendant – Current Venue Opening | Mooloolaba Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new venue in Mooloolaba and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, vibrant venue from day one, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment. Your responsibilities will include
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Floor service and guest engagement
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Running food and drinks during busy service periods
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanliness
- Assisting with venue setup and pack down
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous food & beverage experience
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
