**About The Role**: **Essential Criteria**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service delivery, with Level 2 IT support (onsite and remote).
- Proficient in ITIL-based ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a systematic approach.
- Familiarity with MDM systems like Intune is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Organised, motivated, and committed to professional development.

**Qualifications & Compliance**:

- Certificate III in IT or related field (minimum); Diploma in IT Networking highly regarded.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Willing to undergo and maintain relevant worker screening checks and hold a Positive Notice Card.
- Valid driver’s licence.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- CompTIA or ITIL certifications.
- CCNA, MCSA.
- Experience supporting remote users and virtual desktops.
