Description
The position of Reception & Agent Support with Red & Grey Realty will be best suited if you are excited within a task driven environment and can operate within required timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, be available to work Wednesday
- Saturday, ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.
**Skills and experience**:
- Administration of reservations, bookings, desks, calendar, and office cleanliness/upkeep;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls and enquiries with knowledge and confidence;
- Prior real estate experience/administration will be highly regarded;
- Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining);
- Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate;
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing said documents;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle;
- ABN Required;
- Professional presentation with solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
- Career focused
