Description
Uni-Industries is a solar, battery and electrical company delivering quality installations and service across Queensland. We’re growing and looking for a friendly, organised Administration Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and support our field and office teams.

**The Role**You’ll run the front desk and keep the office humming—answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating bookings, and handling day-to-day administration.

**Hours**
- 3-4 Days / 9am -3pm (18 -24 hours per/week)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reception & Customer Service**: Answer and direct calls, manage the inbox, greet visitors, handle basic enquiries, log service requests.
- **Scheduling & Jobs Admin**: Book site visits, confirm appointments, create/update job cards and work orders, follow up confirmations.
- **Documentation & Data Entry**: Maintain CRM records, upload photos/documents, prepare job packs, file compliance and warranty paperwork.
- **Billing Support**: Raise purchase orders, prepare and send invoices, chase missing details, assist with payments/reconciliation support.
- **Compliance & Handover Packs**: Assist with compiling CEC/compliance docs, warranties, product manuals, and customer handover packs.
- **Office Coordination**: Order stationery/consumables, receive deliveries, maintain neat reception/meeting spaces.
- **Team Support**: Assist management with reports, timesheets, and ad-hoc admin tasks.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Warm, professional phone manner and a genuine customer-first approach.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to juggle priorities calmly.
- Confident with MS Office/Google Workspace; quick to learn CRMs (e.g., ServiceM8/SimPRO/Ascora or similar).
- Accurate typing and data entry; good written grammar/spelling.
- Discretion with sensitive information and a proactive, can-do attitude.

**Nice to Have (Not Essential)**
- Experience in trades, electrical, solar, construction or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of CEC paperwork/warranties, job scheduling tools, or Xero/MYOB.
- Current driver’s licence; First Aid certificate.
