**About LUMA Gelato**

LUMA Gelato is a new self-serve dessert boutique opening soon on the **Mooloolaba Esplanade**. We’re creating a space that’s elegant, fun, and full of good vibes — where customers design their own creations, and our team brings the experience to life.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for friendly, positive, and reliable people to join our opening team. At LUMA, our customers make their own soft-serve and choose their favourite toppings — your role is to **guide, assist, and make sure every guest has an amazing experience.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome and engage customers with genuine energy and a smile
- Explain our flavours, toppings, and how the self-serve process works
- Keep the topping bar full, clean, and beautifully presented
- Maintain cleanliness of the store — chairs, tables, counters, and service areas
- Operate the POS and handle payments with confidence
- Optionally, learn how we make our in-house gelato and help behind the scenes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
