Our client is a well-established and growing accounting firm with a diverse client base across medical specialists, construction, trades, and real estate. With a large local team, they are known for their collaborative, down-to-earth culture and robust leadership structure.

The firm operates in small team “pods” led by Senior Partners, offering excellent exposure, mentorship, and long-term career development.

The Position: With a strong commitment to developing the next generation of accounting professionals, this role is an excellent entry point into a long-term accounting career. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial statements (including GPFS) & income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- Preparation, lodgment and review of BAS, IAS, and other statutory compliance
- Providing tax planning and general business advice (ex. CGT, FBT, QBCC guidelines) to multi-industry clientele up to $50 million in turnover
- An opportunity to manage and review workflow of the onshore and offshore team for Supervisors/Managers
- Getting involved with strategic advisory work (such as building forecast models), creating long-lasting relationships with clients and growing your network Skills and Experience:

- A degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field (completed or nearing completion)
- Experience within a Public Practice firm
- Full working rights (required)
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
