The Surf Club Mooloolaba is looking for a reliable and motivated **Kitchen Hand / Cook** to join our busy kitchen team in a state of the art, newly renovated kitchen!

**About the Role**

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced kitchen environment and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help the team deliver great food.

**What the Role Involves**:

- Accepting deliveries and ensuring proper storage of stock.
- Assisting with food preparation (chopping, peeling, portioning ingredients).
- General kitchen hand duties, including dishwashing and cleaning.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Some experience in a kitchen is preferred but not essential
- we’re happy to train the right person.
- A team player who’s ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- Someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
- Availability to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
