Payroll/admin Officer (Warana)

Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and confident using payroll and accounting systems? Join Concept Labs as our current Payroll/Accounts Officer and help support the people and processes behind our growing manufacturing team!

**Your Role will include**:

- Managing weekly payroll processing and compliance
- Coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding
- Reviewing and processing timesheets and rosters
- Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintaining employee records and responding to payroll queries

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has experience with payroll and accounts administration
- Is confident using Employment Hero and Xero (or similar platforms)
- Communicates clearly and handles sensitive information with discretion
- Is proactive, organised and takes pride in accuracy
- Enjoys supporting teams and keeping operations running smoothly

Pay: $51,222.88
- $82,842.84 per year
