Real Estate Reception / Admin Assistant Mooloolaba

The position of Reception & Agent Support with Red & Grey Realty will be best suited if you are excited within a task driven setting and can operate within required timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, be available to work Wednesday
- Saturday, ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.

Skills and experience:

Administration of reservations, bookings, desks, calendar, and office cleanliness/upkeep;

Receive and delegate all incoming calls and enquiries with knowledge and confidence;

Prior real estate experience/administration will be highly regarded;

Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining);

Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate;

Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing said documents;

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;

Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle;

ABN Required;

Skilled presentation with solid written and verbal communication skills;

Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
