Food & Beverage Attendant – Current Venue Opening | Mooloolaba
Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new venue in Mooloolaba and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our opening team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, vibrant venue from day one, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.
Your responsibilities will include Providing friendly and skilled customer service
Floor service and guest engagement
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Running food and drinks during busy service periods
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanliness
Assisting with venue setup and pack down
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous food & beverage experience
A positive attitude and robust work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Strong presentation and attention to detail
A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
RSA certification (required)
