Based in Bokarina on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Community Solutions is one of the largest industry-backed employers of apprentices and trainees in Queensland offering employment in a diverse range of industries from automotive, engineering, electrical, building, hospitality & more. **- The Traineeship will involve**:

- Computer skills & confidence with word processing (creating placement letters, completion letters, certificates and correspondence to host employers)
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Taking meeting minutes
- Timely and accurate filing and archiving both electronically and hard copy
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Working a 38 Hour week (8:30am -5:00pm, 5 days a week)

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Ability to problem solve
- Solid typing and data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and outlook programs
- Professional and courteous manner
- The ability to quickly learn in-house software & systems
- A strong work-ethic, be reliable and punctual
- Driver's Licence is highly regarded
- Be able to obtain a Blue Card and Police Check
- Willing to participate in a pre-employment medical and pass a drug and alcohol test
