**Make an impact**
As the **Operations Manager**, Home & Community of our **Sunshine Coast **region, your purpose is to provide strategic and operational leadership that is in alignment with Endeavour Foundation’s mission, purpose and values and deliver its strategic and operational objectives. Your role is to lead the delivery of programs and provision of support services to people with a disability that is person-centred and focused on high performance, collaboration, care and continuous improvement.
In the day to day duties of this role you will:
- Advocate for Human Rights for people with disabilities, ensuring their right to live free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and have choice and control.
- Maintain consistent service delivery through continuous improvement, practice guidelines, and policy adherence.
- Lead clinical governance and manage health service interfaces to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Monitor client satisfaction via consultations and audits, collaborating with peers and leaders for optimal outcomes.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador and promote Endeavour Foundation's services and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Foster a performance-based culture with a focus on person-centred service, engagement and results, ensuring governance aligns with policies.
- Establish the portfolio as a centre of excellence in disability accommodation and community support.
- Co-design supports with clients and their advocates through individual collaboration, focus groups and committee liaison
- Develop a high-performing, compliant workforce, offering employees opportunities to enhance their skills.
**What you can bring to the team**
- ** Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.**:
- Demonstrated knowledge or ability to develop an understanding of the National Standards Disability Services and Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
- Capability to manage service delivery in line with organisational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to oversee high-quality, safe operations that are commercially viable.
- Willingness to travel regularly for short periods.
- Ability to coach and guide teams and stakeholders through significant change.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships and handle sensitive issues.
- Proven skills in operational performance management aligned with divisional targets and KPIs.
- Robust networking and negotiation skills for achieving successful business outcomes.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
