**The Role**: Working as part of a team sandblasting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- set-up/blast with sand, shot or grit
- Interpret sandblasting related work orders to plan materials, tools, and techniques needed for completion of work
- Review all work performed to ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Strip and prepare various surfaces for painting
- Knowledgeable of safety practices relating to ventilation of confined spaces
- OSHA safety training required
- Must be a self-motivated / self-starter
- Lead quality control measures, maintaining high standards while adhering to safety protocols.**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a related manufacturing workplace.

**Salary**: $28.00
- $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 7.5 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 7-3.00pm

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person / Warana

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Sandblasting: 1 year (preferred)
