Payroll/admin Officer Warana

Are you detail-oriented, outstanding with numbers, and confident using payroll and accounting systems?

Join Concept Labs as our current Payroll/Accounts Officer and help support the people and processes behind our growing manufacturing team!

Your Role will include:

Managing weekly payroll processing and compliance

Coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding

Reviewing and processing timesheets and rosters

Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Maintaining employee records and responding to payroll queries

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience with payroll and accounts administration

Is confident using Employment Hero and Xero (or similar platforms)

Communicates clearly and handles sensitive information with discretion

Is proactive, organised and takes pride in accuracy

Enjoys supporting teams and keeping operations running smoothly

Casual / Part-Time Position | Monday-Thursday (adaptable working hours available)

Pay: $51,222.88
- $82,842.84 per year
