Bella Manufacturing builds food trucks, food trailers, and shipping container conversions for clients including the Australian Military, government departments, national brands, global franchises, First Nations organisations, and not-for-profits. No two builds are the same. No two clients have the same brief. Every quote you write is constructed from scratch around what the client actually needs, and every job you close pays commission on completion, not at the end of the quarter. The pipeline is inbound. The leads are warm. You still have to work them hard. What the role actually looks like You pick up an inquiry, qualify it quick, and take ownership from that first call through to handover. You build the quote, present the proposal, and work closely with the CAD designer and Operations team to make sure what you've promised is what gets built. Once a job is accepted, Operations runs the build. Your job is to stay close to the client throughout, keep them informed, and make sure nothing gets lost between what was sold and what gets delivered. Sales and Operations work hand in hand here, and that relationship matters. Clients visit the Warana office and factory without appointments. You're there. You meet them. You represent the brand in person, on the phone, and over email to professional clients across Australia. This is office-based, four and a half days a week. No remote option. Who fits this role You've sold B2B in a complex or custom environment. Construction, equipment, engineering, manufacturing, fitout, or similar. You understand that a quote is not a price list, it's a solution to a problem, and you know how to ask the right questions to build one that wins. You own your pipeline, your follow-ups, and your numbers without being managed. You're disciplined in a CRM and you think in terms of conversion, not just activity. You're comfortable presenting to procurement managers, government stakeholders, and senior decision-makers. You treat every client, whether a First Nations health service or a Defence contractor, with the same standard of service and the same commitment to outcome. You don't need to be technical by trade. You need to be technically curious, detail-sharp, and driven by the direct link between what you close and what you earn. What you'll earn $90,000 to $95,000 base.
