We’re creating a space that’s elegant, fun, and full of valuable vibes — where customers design their own creations, and our team brings the experience to life.

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, positive, and reliable people to join our opening team.

At LUMA, our customers make their own soft-serve and choose their favourite toppings — your role is to guide, assist, and make sure every guest has an amazing experience.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage customers with genuine energy and a smile

Explain our flavours, toppings, and how the self-serve process works

Keep the topping bar full, clean, and beautifully presented

Maintain cleanliness of the store — chairs, tables, counters, and service areas

Operate the POS and handle payments with confidence

Optionally, learn how we make our in-house gelato and help behind the scenes
