Personal Care Worker (Pcw) (North Moonta)

We at Nursing Experts Services Pty Ltd are advocates for ageing-in-place and work
- seeking support workers to join our team in North Moonta on a part time or on a casual basis.

A support worker is HIGHLY NEEDED ASAP.

Reporting to the manager and working within an experienced clinical team, you will be providing high-quality care to our clients. You will ensure that we meet our client’s requirements and deliver our services in a caring and nurturing manner, with dignity and respect.

You will look after the wellbeing of our clients in their daily lives, allowing them to live more independently and assisting them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Here are the list of minimum requirements (one of the following): 1. A Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care or Disability or

2. A Certificate III in Individual Support or

3. A Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or

4. A student in the second or third year of Bachelor of Nursing degree at an Australian

University or accredited.
- At least 1-year relevant experience preferred but not required.
- Hold current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safe work practices.
- Ability to provide evidence of professional development activities in order to accumulate

Continuing Professional Development points.
- Good time management skills and ability to follow care plans.
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy for the elderly and people with disability.
- Current driver’s license with safe driving history or the ability to reliably commute.

PT/casual hours: up to 24 hours / week

Pay: $30.00
- $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 24 per week
