About T-Ports T-Ports specialises in bulk handling, storage and transhipping of grain using cutting‑edge state‑of‑the‑art facilities and equipment. T-Ports has two transhipment ports, one in Lucky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula and one at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula. As well as the two transhipment ports, T-Ports operates up‑country grain storage sites at Lock and Kimba and a transhipment vessel that discharges grain into ocean‑going vessels at sea. T-Ports is founded on four pillars: Innovation, Safety, Integrity, and Efficiency. About the role: We are seeking a team member for a casual or permanent part‑time position. A proactive and organised Administration Officer to provide high‑quality administrative and customer service support to our operations and site leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and supporting operational requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking reception and customer service duties, always maintaining a positive and professional manner
- Managing and overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, accounts, and documentation
- Raising purchase orders and uploading receival notes in Xero
- Receiving goods and coordinating the collection of freight and mail from local receival depots
- Assisting with stock inventory management, including maintaining the MEX register and checking parts in and out of stores
- Ordering PPE through approved suppliers and maintaining accurate PPE stock and issue registers for each site and worker
- Purchasing stores and supplies in line with approved purchasing procedures, including stores for vessels
- Managing stationery levels and office amenities, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained
- Maintaining a clean and presentable office, shed and stores, including coordinating weekly rubbish collection
- Assisting with operations data entry for the grain stock management system (CSM)
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, transport and accommodation
- Providing quality and timely administrative support to site leadership and senior management
- Sourcing quotes and assisting with the procurement of goods and services as approved About You
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Well‑developed communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently while supporting a broader operations team What We Offer
