**Description**: Premium Health is looking for an energetic and experienced Registered Nurse who wants to mentor, develop and lead our Premium Health trainers and assessors.
As our Training Team Leader, this role is an integral part of the Premium Health team, you will be responsible for supporting the Training Operations Manager, while mentoring, developing and supporting the national team of trainer/assessors.
**As the Training Team Leader, you can expect to**:
- Deliver high quality training and assessment
- Manage the trainer replacement process for unplanned leave
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative matters relating to the training team
- Participate in the development and review of course curriculum and training materials
- Provide mentoring, support and advice to the team of Trainer/Assessors
- Manage the induction of new trainers and upskilling of existing personnel
- Implement the Trainer delivery review schedule

**Skills and Experiences**: Background and Experience
**As an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse, you**:
- Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
- Must be an experienced RN
- Must have a current Cert IV TAE40116 or TAE40122
- Current AHPRA registration
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- Ability to promote a culture of excellence and continuous development within the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
