We have been providing an immersive dining experience for all our guests who are in love with Greek Cuisine and sea food. Job Description: We are looking for a Cook to join our kitchen team at Moorabbin restaurant address and the salary we will be offering will be at the range of $76,600 to $80,000 plus superannuation. Responsibilities:  Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.  Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.  Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and processing food items.  Cook and present meals including meat, seafood, vegetables, and dietary-specific dishes.  Ensure food is prepared and served at appropriate temperatures.  Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.  Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock rotation.  Store food safely in temperature-controlled facilities.  Conduct daily temperature checks of refrigerators and freezers.  Minimise food waste and support efficient kitchen operations.  Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.  Follow all Workplace Health & Safety and food safety regulations. Skills and Experience Required  Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Cook.  Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.  Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment.  Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.  Understanding of Australian food safety and hygiene standards.  Passion for quality food and attention to detail. Qualifications  Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification is required. Job Type: Full time Pay: $76,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Experience:
