About the opportunity We are seeking experienced Cleaners to join our team, located at Mercy Place Fernhill in Sandringham. Casual positions available Monday to Sunday
- day shifts only. Busy, fast paced environment. Perform all tasks required in the effective provision of cleaning services throughout the residential aged care facility in accordance with the Victorian Cleaning Standards. Carry out duties as determined by the Hospitality Manager. What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Recent experience as a cleaner and knowledge of how to use floor scrubbers (Essential)
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- You are able to prioritise your workload.
- You have excellent attention to detail, use initiative and are flexible.
- Physical capability to undertake the role.
- Good Communication and written skills.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a cooperative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
